Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Our commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that we make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However, please keep in mind that photographs can sometimes be misleading and that the actual color of an item may differ slightly from what is viewed onscreen. This is due to the individual device settings and cannot be avoided. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we were aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable

Where can I view my sales receipt?
  • Go to: InduWall.com > My account > Orders.
  • Find the order you want the invoice for.
  • Select either “View” or click on the order number.
  • Below the list of products in the order, select “Download PDF Invoice”
How can I return an item?

All you need to do is log into your account, find your order, and click on the “Return/Refund Item” button.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking of items is totally relative and can not be guaranteed for all items on the store.
