Delivery charges for orders from the IndusWall Store?

For most orders placed from the online shop, the delivery charge depends on the country of destination and the type of goods ordered. The delivery charge is calculated based on the weight and location of the delivery.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery can take anywhere from one day to 6 weeks depending on the type of delivery chosen and supplier location.
 
Local delivery can take 3 to 7 days.
 
while standard international delivery can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to reduce your shipping cost. Express delivery can take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on where you are shipping to.
What is the procedure once an order has been placed?

This process is called order management, which is basically keeping track of customers' orders and handling the steps involved with fulfilling them. The process generally consists of accepting the order; picking, packing, and shipping the items mentioned in the order; and finally tracking them until they get delivered.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once you place an order on IndusWall.com, an email with the details of that order will be sent to you.

Can I change the address in my order?

Accidentally sent your order to the wrong address? Again?

Don’t panic. You can always change it from your order confirmation email! Just click on the button that says "Update address?", right below your shipping address information, and submit the correct address. Check it out in this gif below!

 

or recently placed orders (less than 2 hrs), you'll be able to change the address straight away. If it's past this 2-hour window, the new address information will go out to us and we’ll do our best to forward the changes to the 3rd-party printers before your order ships.

If your order has already shipped, we can always request the 3rd-party printer to send a replacement order to your updated address.

Please note: Because your address determines where your order is made, delivery countries cannot be changed.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Usually, payments are instant or happen in a few hours, unless the sender sent a payment through their bank account. Payments made through bank accounts take up to 3–5 business days. During this time, a payment shows as a pending transaction.

What is wishlist?

Wish lists are collections of desired products saved by customers to their user account, signifying interest without immediate intent to purchase

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. We urge you do not accept sealed open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment boxes as returns won't be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund.

Step 1: You can visit the My Orders page IndusWall website you can raise a return request for the order in concern within 15 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: You can choose the reason for your return request to replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.

Step 3: In case of a wrong product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us unused and in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. A refund for COD orders will be done only in the bank account. (if Bank details are not provided at the end of the 5th day, the CoD amount will be automatically transferred to your IndusWall Wallet only).

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. From the ‘My Account’ section go to ‘Order History’ and select the order you would like to cancel.  Click on ‘Order Details’ and you’ll then see a ‘Cancel Order’ button.

What is ``package tracking`` in my orders?

You'll only be able to track a package if you choose a shipping method with a tracking option
